2.5 We may process your personal data that are provided in the course of the use of our services and generated by our services in the course of such use ("service data"). The service data may include:
For HRMS, employment contract, leave, and holiday information, bank details, recruitment, and all kind of HR-related information.
For WPC lawyers, all kinds of data related to the law firm, clients, and case management and billing information services.
For Visa and Immigration Services, all kinds of data related to visa applications and immigration service delivery.
The source of the service data is you and/or your employer and/or our services.
2.6 We may process [information relating to transactions, including purchases of goods and/or services, that you enter into with us and /or through our website ("transaction data"). The transaction data may include your name, your contact details, your payment card details (or other payment details) and the transaction details. The source of the transaction data is [you and/or our payment services provider.

The usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the proper protection of our business against risks.

4. Providing your personal data to others

4.2 Your personal data held in our website database will be stored on the servers of our hosting services providers.
